MusterToolCallErrorRate alert. The chart’s PrometheusRule fires when more than 25% of the tool calls muster dispatched to one MCPServer in 15 minutes end in a transport error or timeout (muster_downstream_tool_calls_total{outcome="error"}), for 15 minutes, with at least 20 calls in the window. auth_required answers and bad arguments are outcome="error_result" and do not count.
