backstage release v0.246.4

Oct 8, 2026 Developer Portal backstage v0.246.4

Fixed

(gs) Drop the Alerts link from the cluster details page’s default links on the 0.244 line by @marians — The cluster details page’s tools card no longer shows an Alerts link by default, which led customers to a Grafana page they can’t open. A portal that sets gs.clusterDetails.resources keeps exactly the links it lists.
