(flux-react, kubernetes-react) Show Flux Operator resources in the Flux UI by @marians — The Flux UI shows FluxInstance, ResourceSet, ResourceSetInputProvider and FluxReport in its list and tree views, each with a details panel. Reconcile, Suspend and Resume work on all but FluxReport.

Fixed

(gs) Show every installation’s versions on the Installations page by @teemow — On the Installations page, every row shows its Kubernetes version and release again. A row that can’t be read says why in a few words, e.g. Timed out or Not signed in.
